I hope they can send me a laptop in "excellent" condition that the battery lasts longer and it doesn't get too hot on the bottom. I'll be returning the product or getting a refund, as soon I get home from my trip. Besides that, I purchased the product in the excellent grade, which I therefore paid the price for an excellent product, and it actually says "very good", has a few scratches. After using it for the 3rd time in less than a week, I noticed that it gets too way hot on the bottom, and the battery doesn't last long. The laptop itself does its functions properly till now, despite it's been just a few days that I got it. It was a regular shipping box, the laptop was in a non locked (open) air bag with room in the box to move around. The package however it wasn't`t very appropriated for a sensitive product like this.
