I don't dare request contacts again on my iMac, in fear of fucking everything up on my other devices. The one and only device on which everything has gone to Hell is my iMac. However, and here is where it makes me want to pull my hair out, everything is perfectly fine on both my iPod Touch and my MacBook Air. I reinstalled Skype, rebooted my computer, checked for updates, nothing. I freaked out a little and tried a few things.
Heck, even my partner, who is in my list of favourites, had a "?" instead of his status. When I logged back onto Skype, my profile picture was an old one and about 2/3 of my contacts were gone. This morning, Skype crashed so hard on my iMac that I had to force my entire computer to reboot.
